Your registration form is valid for ONE pet. If you plan to bring multiple pets, you must register each pet individually. This clinic includes all needed services for $20 PER PET. REGISTRATION ENDS AT 11AM ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 14 AND IS LIKELY TO SELL OUT IN ADVANCE! To register, click here.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED for pre-registered animals only! 

Dogs should be on a regular (non-retractable) leash. Cats need to be in a cat carrier. Any proof of current vaccinations is helpful but not necessary. We do not require proof of financial status or residency. 

Our team will arrive for set-up at 10AM and the clinic will begin promptly at 11AM. For the safety of your pets, please stay in your car until line-up for registered guests begins at 10:30AM. You must arrive no later than 1:30PM, to ensure our team has time to see your pet!
