HAP Wilmington DOG ADOPTIONS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED FOR ReSPIRATORY VIRUS OUTBREAK

For the health and safety of our dogs, staff, volunteers, and patrons, we are temporarily suspending dog adoptions at HAP Wilmington in order to treat our animals suffering from respiratory illness and do our best to prevent the spread. Cat adoption remains open during this time, as do all operations at our Stanton/Christiana and Rehoboth locations.

Pregnant Dani was placed on the euthanasia list at a high-intake shelter in West Virginia when HAP was asked to step in...You answered our social media call and we quickly found a foster who gave Dani a safe space to have her babies. Now it's time to name them!
