To incentivize Delaware pet owners to spay and neuter their pets, HAP is offering $50 spay/neuter surgery for all cats starting Thursday, January 5 through Tuesday, January 31. This promotion is valid at both HAP Wilmington and Stanton/Christiana locations.

HAP Stanton/Christiana will now offer low-cost spay/neuter services open to the public every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. HAP Wilmington will now offer low-cost spay/neuter services every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
