Casino Night in Sussex County to celebrate HAP’s 150th year of lifesaving work in Delaware
REHOBOTH BEACH, DE, July 13, 2023 – Humane Animal Partners (formerly Delaware Humane Association and Delaware SPCA) a statewide animal welfare organization with adoption centers in Rehoboth Beach, Wilmington, and Stanton/Christiana, is seeking sponsors for their second annual Save ‘Em By the Sea Casino Night at Baywood Greens on September 21.
The event aims to not only raise funds for pet adoption, low-cost wellness, and pet retention services, but will also celebrate the organizations 150th year of lifesaving work. Humane Animal Partners changed their name following the merger of Delaware Humane Association (DHA) and Delaware SPCA in 2022, and their lifesaving history dates all the way back to 1873.
Opportunities to support Casino Night are now available and offer a wide variety of marketing visibility through different sponsorship levels. Sponsorships increase visibility and brand recognition throughout the Delaware region all year long, not just at the big event, and enhance good-will and public recognition as a steadfast member of the HAP community.
The Jackpot Sponsor ($12,500) serves as lead sponsor of the event (i.e. “Humane Animal Partners’ Save ‘Em By the Sea Casino Night: Presented by Your Company) and is mentioned as lead sponsor in the press release, all event signage and promotional materials, dedicated social media recognition and acknowledgement on dance floor, company card and/or promotional item(s) included in swag bag handed to all guests, reserved dining table plus 10 complimentary tickets, with an option to speak at the event. The Lead Sponsor is included as a HAP Portfolio of Partners supporter and will also be recognized at HAP’s Fast & The Furriest 5K and 150th Anniversary Gala, both held in the fall.
The Royal Flush Sponsor (only 2 available for $6,000) includes company recognition on all promotional materials and signage, dedicated sponsorship acknowledgement of a Stationary Food table, spoken recognition during announcements, reserved dining table plus 8 complimentary tickets, tags on social media, listed as a HAP Portfolio of Partners supporter, and recognized at HAP’s Fast & The Furriest 5K and 150th Anniversary Gala.
The Full House Sponsor (only 2 available for $3,000) is included on all event sponsorship signage and promotional materials, sponsorship acknowledgement at the Dessert table or Raw bar, supporter acknowledgement during announcements, receives 6 complimentary tickets, and is included as a Portfolio of Partners supporter and acknowledgement at HAP’s Fast & The Furriest 5K and 150th Anniversary Gala.
The Lucky Craps Sponsor ($2,000) is acknowledged on all promotional materials and during announcements at the event, tagged on social media, given name recognition at the Craps table, receives 4 complimentary tickets, and is recognized at HAP’s Fast & The Furriest 5K and 150th Anniversary Gala.
The Double Roulette Sponsor ($2,000) is acknowledged on all promotional materials and during announcements, tagged on social media, given name recognition at the Roulette table, receives 4 complimentary tickets, and is recognized at HAP’s Fast & The Furriest 5K and 150th Anniversary Gala.
Poker Sponsors (2 available for $600) include signage at Poker tables as well as 2 complimentary tickets each.
Blackjack Sponsors (6 available for $600) include signage at Blackjack tables as well as 2 complimentary tickets each.
